What You Will Be Responsible For

The Investor Relationship Associate sits at the center of Fazio's revenue engine. Every deal our Sales and B2B teams puts under contract flows through Dispo to find its investor. You are the professional who markets that deal, qualifies the investor, negotiates the highest possible assignment fee, and ensures the investor experience reflects the standard of a first-class operation. You present the opportunity, the story, and the future potential of every property in your pipeline.

Deal Marketing and Investor Outreach
  • Receive assigned deals from our Sales and B2B teams and immediately review the deal card for completeness, accuracy, and any missing or conflicting information before launch
  • Conduct a quality control underwriting check on every deal to verify the numbers are accurate and the deal is ready to go to market
  • Set the opening dispo price and buy now price in coordination with leadership before any investor outreach begins
  • Work directly with Kim to coordinate, schedule, and proof the marketing campaigns being built and deployed across InvestorLift, InvestorBase, Constant Contact, and CRM SMS, call, and email channels
  • Execute full investor outreach using the Metro Area Investor List process pulling from the CRM database, God Mode search, and 5-mile radius batch methods
  • Add a minimum of 20 new qualified investors per day sourced from InvestorLift, InvestorBase, Facebook Groups, meetups, and other active outreach channels
  • Manage all inbound investor interest including calls, emails, and texts with same-business-day responsiveness on every active deal
Investor Qualification and Relationship Building
  • Qualify every interested investor against the deal and their buy box to ensure they are a real, capable, and verified investor before presenting
  • Build out a complete investor profile and buy box in ReSimply for every new qualified investor you engage so inventory can be matched to them efficiently going forward
  • Host and manage virtual and occasional in-person walkthroughs for interested investors coordinating scheduling and logistics across all parties
  • Conduct structured investor strategy conversations to understand capital availability, timelines, risk profile, and investment goals
  • Convert one-time investors into repeat investors by delivering a professional, responsive, and informed experience that makes Fazio the obvious choice every time they acquire
  • Submit a minimum of 10 offers per day across all active deals in your pipeline
Negotiation and Assignment Execution
  • Present investment opportunities with accuracy and clarity presenting the opportunity, the story, and the future potential of every property to qualified investors
  • Negotiate with interested investors to maximize the assignment fee above our target price on every deal
  • Evaluate all offers and work toward the highest and best offer from the most capable and verified investor
  • Coordinate with the Transaction Success team and Sales team or B2B team to ensure smooth handoff once a investor is placed and the assignment is moving forward
  • Provide the B2B team with timely, accurate deal pulse updates so they can keep their Private Clients informed on how their deal is performing in the market
Deal Card Maintenance and CRM Discipline
  • Maintain the deal card in ReSimply with complete, accurate, and current information at all times including interested investors, walkthrough notes, offer history, and current deal status
  • Log every investor interaction, presentation, offer, and follow up in the CRM same day without exception
  • Work with Kim to ensure all marketing assets, investor feedback, and campaign performance data are captured and accessible for quick review by the B2B team and leadership teams
  • Participate in the daily Dispo huddle and contribute actively to team strategy, deal reviews, and performance tracking
  • Maintain 100% CRM compliance with all investor interactions logged accurately and in real time

Availability and Compensation

Real estate does not always operate on a Monday through Friday, 9 to 5 schedule. While this role is not structured to demand evenings or weekends, there are occasions where light activity, a time-sensitive message, or a deal update may surface outside of standard hours. This is the exception, not the rule. That said, we want to understand your flexibility and your commitment to the mission.

Compensation Overview

This is a performance-based contracted role. Compensation is earned per deal closed with monthly and quarterly bonus opportunities tied to volume, speed, accuracy, and the experience you create for every party involved. Investor Relationship Associates at Fazio typically earn between $3,000 and $8,000 per month depending on deal volume, assignment fee performance, and speed of execution. IRAs consistently operating above target on multiple deals per month earn well above that range. Full compensation details are shared during the interview process.
