Investor Relationship Associate

The Investor Relationship Associate sits at the center of the Dispositions operation at Fazio Real Estate Solutions. Every deal the Acquisitions and B2B teams put under contract flows through you. Your job is to place that deal with the right investor at the best possible price and the fastest possible speed.

This is a high-volume, relationship-driven role. You are building an investor database, running campaigns, qualifying buyers, and negotiating above the target price on every deal. If you thrive on momentum and metrics, this is your role.

• Review every incoming deal for accuracy and set the opening price and ADT before investor outreach begins
• Run marketing campaigns across InvestorLift, InvestorBase, Constant Contact, and CRM channels
• Add a minimum of 20 new qualified investors to the database daily
• Submit a minimum of 10 offers per day across all active pipeline deals
• Qualify all inbound investor interest and build complete investor profiles in ReSimply
• Negotiate to maximize the assignment fee above the locked target price on every deal
• Maintain 100% CRM compliance with all investor interactions logged in real time

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills -- you enjoy talking to serious buyers
• Competitive and metrics-driven mindset -- you track your numbers and push them higher
• Ability to manage high volume and multiple active deals simultaneously
• Disciplined CRM and database management habits
• Experience in real estate, sales, or investor relations preferred but not required
